WAS so excited to start a renovation with this company based of all their good reviews but didn’t get passed receiving their estimate. We are a self employed people with a estimated renovation budget of$100k we could do more depending what they offered but it looks like they were not interested in our business it could be because they have jobs making more profit than ours but as a business owners we do not ignore customers like this company ignored us. Never met with owner but did speak with him to have his “assistant “ come by to get measurements and get an idea of what 2 options we could go with. By the way his assistant appearance could improve in professionalism. They came out Jan 19th, contacted them Jan 24th for a follow up and advised he was working on it and of yet he has not made no contact he may still be having trouble working on numbers but we are no longer interested.

I have worked with this vendor on multiple projects. My experience been great. They are great at communicating and their product meets the time-frame given. I would highly recommend doing business with Masizo Developments.

I met Steven with Masizo development and restorations after interviewing 4 other builders. Their team had just finished remodeling our neighbor's house who suggested we meet them. I knew immediately it was Steven’s company I wanted to use. He is very experienced, friendly, and very easy to work with. They provide guidance to keep you on track without a lot of pressure. We had the bid and time to completion estimate within 2 days. Steven kept us on budget throughout the project and if we wanted to add anything, he made us aware of additional costs ahead of time. Something else that stood out from this construction company is if I thought anything needed to be addressed throughout the project, it was done so almost immediately. We did not use a designer and so I had what seemed like hundreds of decisions to be made over the 3 months it took them to finish. Steven was always a phone call or text away ready to assist in any way possible. It actually felt like I was calling a friend or family member to help me. I would not have been able to do it without him. One last point to mention are the team of men working for them. They are all friendly, respectful, and meticulous at what they do. Our finished home is absolutely gorgeous! There was not hardly anything that needed to be addressed. I have heard that remodeling can be a nightmare and take so much longer than planned. Masizo development and restorations actually made remodeling our entire house fun and it finished on schedule. If you are building a new home or need remodeling of any kind in the Arizona area, I highly recommend giving Steven a call. You will not be disappointed!

He was receptive to our feedback throughout the process and worked with us to establish a cohesive game plan which reflected our vision. He exceeded our expectations, communicated effectively, completed our job within a timely manner and maintained a tidy workspace during the renovation. We highly recommend them and will utilize him for future projects.

Steve was great and the most honest contractor I’ve worked with. I absolutely loved how fast and professional he was. We had a leak overnight and he came within the hour and helped us and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend and will be using for any future home repairs/remodel

Steve did a great job on my recent Reno converting my 3rd garage into a mother in law suite! Got it done in time and it turned out to be the perfect set up for my handicapped mom. Would highly recommended!!

Steve with Masizo Development remodeled our bathroom and kitchen, it turned out better than expected. He did a great job and I would highly recommend using this company. On top of that, he finished the job earlier than expected!

I remodeled my kitchen and during the process there was mold, Steve quickly took care of the situation, remediated the mold, and continued as if nothing happened. None of this call another company for this, call another company for that. Masizo Development and Restorations is a true one stop shop! We recently had an AC malfunction and a water leak in my mother's home, damaging the walls, flooring, and bathroom. So we were looking for a company that would ensure a smooth process for addressing the damage and would work with our insurance to reduce issues for our family. I had several mitigation companies come out for consult and ultimately decided to go with Masizo Restorations for the job. I felt reassured when they told me that they would work diligently with the insurance company to ensure we only have our deductible as an out-of-pocket cost and that they ensure extensive documentation to support the claim. I appreciate that their mitigation team does all aspects of service related to their care, including moving/returning HVAC, facilitating asbestos/lead testing, mold removal, drying, removal of damaged material (carpet, drywall, etc), packing and moving household furniture/items, and etc. Steve came to do the assessment and has been phenomenal from the outset - he is knowledgeable, thorough, and has graciously addressed my many questions. They have all been wonderful!

I had a water leak in my rental home in October 2022, I called Masizo Restorations and several other water damage mitigation and restoration companies, Masizo Restorations was the first to respond and came in the next day. They could identify the issue on the first sight. Steven was very professional and made the whole estimate experience effortless. This made our life much easy when we felt very stressful with the water damage. He handled the mitigation with the insurance company directly without much of our involvement. He also made sure we are on the same page on every part of the step of our project and worked with the insurance company on the quote of restoration. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. This was a very big project for us. The quality of their work is EXCELLENT and finished with tight schedule. I would highly recommend them for water damage mitigation and restoration.
